What this is, and how it is checked

Most developer tooling writing assumes GitHub. Vendors document the GitHub integration first, benchmark on GitHub repositories, and leave the GitLab or Azure DevOps page thin or absent. If your team runs a self-managed GitLab or an Azure DevOps Server behind a firewall, you have spent an afternoon finding out whether a tool works for you at all.

This site covers that gap: continuous integration, code review, security scanning and delivery metrics for GitLab, Azure DevOps and Bitbucket, including the self-managed and on-premise editions.

How claims get checked

Anything factual about a product, meaning pricing, self-hosting and which platforms it supports, is read from that vendor's own documentation and stamped with the date it was read. Where a primary source does not answer the question, the page says unknown rather than guessing. Vendor pricing moves monthly, so treat anything more than a few weeks past its date as stale and click through.
